In my role, which is focused on Robotic Processing Automation. I have led the team for \"Robot Delivery and Support\" activities and developed a Queue Management system to manage RPA tollgate tickets. Additionally, I have created and documented test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases, supporting the operational teams during UAT and rollout phases. I have also efficiently handled monitoring and troubleshooting of the production environment through the Control room. My proficiency in a range of programming languages, including C, C++, Core Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allows me to work with ease on various projects. Furthermore, I have knowledge of web technologies such as Servlets and JSP and experience with operating systems such as Windows and basic Linux. I also have experience working with MySQL and frameworks and tools such as Eclipse, Spring MVC, Spring ORM, and Spring. Additionally, I am familiar with other tools such as Maven, Jira, Microsoft VS code, Android Studio, and Power BI.
