With a rich legacy of innovation and a steadfast commitment to excellence, I am devoted to charting new pathways for our company.My educational journey, starting from Seth Aanand Ram Jaipuria School, Kanpur, and culminating in a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Nottingham University, UK, has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to navigate Kanpur Plastipack through diversification. This journey saw our expansion into synthetic textile products like PP Multifilament Yarns and PP Woven Geotextiles, and later into Flexible Packaging with CPP Films.As a passionate learner and technology adopter, I constantly seek opportunities to drive change. I\'ve played a pivotal role in transforming Kanpur Plastipack into a fast-track, agile, reliable, and trustworthy business partner for our customers.Central to my endeavors is a commitment to harnessing the latest technologies in manufacturing tools and plastic weaving to elevate quality and productivity. I firmly advocate for true global sustainability, prioritizing yield efficiency in manufactured products over mere carbon footprints. As early adopters of the Solar Energy Revolution in India, we are at the forefront of pioneering sustainable practices in our industry.I\'ve had the privilege of serving as the Past President of IFIBCA (Indian FIBC Association), contributing significantly to the advancement of our industry.
