Job Roles/Responsibilities -• Approval/Appraisal of projects and property within the area.• Scrutiny of document and preparation of Technical Reports.• Collection of information relating to Project and Builders.• Collection and Updating of project data of zones and builder status.• To monitor penetration for each project.• To monitor stage of construction.• To ensure due diligence during approval and keep a check on frauds relating to property.• Tracking and Collection of Technical OTC/PDD• Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Regional Technical.• Collection of market information and update HO/Regional on a periodic basis.• Timely resolving of audit queries.• Maintain technical MIS and send it to regional technical.• Timely collection and Updating on amendments affecting property.
