Lead team to deliver data-driven analytics solutions that provide meaningful, accurate, and consumable information to department leaders • Productionalize and operationalize data models to aid Claims Operations to improve accuracy and efficiency, and reduce provider friction • Define and implement metrics, quality benchmarks and related analysis on performance and service levels to inform strategic and tactical business decision-making • Design and implement a systematic approach to feedback loops to better understand operations pain points and identify areas for improvement • Apply analytics and common sense to interpret complex data sets to determine root cause(s) of business performance issues • Articulate and document progress; escalate issues with proposed solutions • Distribute, monitor, and prioritize the workload to ensure the company/department/individual development goals are met • Facilitate performance metrics and analytics presentations to the executive leadership team
