Influencing & driving company strategy and key decisions. • Preparation of monthly rolling forecast including, Carrying out the Normalisation review of monthly revenue for ACV with all the Market units’ operational finance heads. Preparing and updating the forecasting financial models and reviewing the future sales pipeline with the Regional Management teams for bookings forecast (TCV & ACV) for all the business revenue streams (License, Maintenance, Cloud SAAS, Consulting, & Premium support). Also forecasting the direct & indirect costs. • Preparing the bridge reports, Providing management with insights into drivers of booking, revenue, and expenses, as well as risks and opportunities across all business lines. • Business Partnering with MUs & Regional management to track their budget, analyse KPIs, and assist with strategy and key decisions. • Setting up the annual budget for the assigned market units. • Creating a range of Management Reports and financial models to provide insights on trends and variances and highlight the performance of the business in detail for different stakeholders. • Working cross-functionally with different departments and regional teams around the globe, to share the best practices and bring standardisation. • Drive continuous process improvement in reporting, forecasting, and existing processes through automation and streamlining the processes. • Systems that are mainly used: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office. BI Intelligence (Power BI). ERP system (IFS Cloud) to retrieve, analyse and upload data, also using the Xactly CRM package for pipeline analysis, commissions, and other analytics.
