One of the traits of my life that befit an Industrial Engineer is that I walk nearly 1.25 times faster than an average person, just like organizations strive to cut down Non Value Added time from processes. I am a self-driven, team player with 6+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, and agricultural equipment manufacturing. Apart from my experience in Assembly Line Design, Material Flow Planning, Manpower Planning, Cost Analysis and Process Improvement I am passionate about creating things, also a good painter and admirer of aesthetics. I am also proficient in AutoCAD, CATIA, Facilities Planning & Design and competent in Project Management. I have also managed a team of 25 people, as a captain, during a motorsport styled designing, manufacturing and racing competition.    Developing Base Engineered Content (BEC or Value Added) Status, Headcount & Hours per Vehicle Estimates of future vehicles (Gasoline, Battery Electric and Fuel Cell), comparing with existing vehicles, and documentingimprovements, addition and reduction of work elements for assembly operators Lead the Base Engineered Content and headcount estimation for Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) in Gasoline, BEV and Fuel cell vehicles to transition from VIP (Vehicle Intelligence Platform) electrical architecture to SDV architecture.
