I am a Senior Program Analyst with strong skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Dashboard creation. I have over 4 years of experience in creating and modifying BI reports for various end users in the airlines and travel industry, using Amadeus fare pricing, ticketing, and payment details. Most recently, I worked at WNS, where I retrieved data from the database using SQL queries and generated reports as per the user requirements and POCs. I also showed details for all fare and discounted fare with all airways lines for source to destination details. Previously, I was an Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where I contributed to the success of Etihad Airways, one of the two national airlines of the United Arab Emirates, by handling all the fare and booking details, including payment data recon data. I created and modified Power BI reports using effective visualizations, filters, DAX formulas, and bookmarks. I enjoy working with data and creating insights that help the business and the customers.
