As a recent graduate, I brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to the role in HR. My outgoing personality and strong communication skills make me a natural leader, and am is able to connect with people from all backgrounds and levels of experience.With a strong background in marketing and event organization, I\'m able to think creatively and outside the box when it comes to recruiting and retention strategies. I\'m skilled in using various platforms and tools to connect with potential candidates and build relationships with employees.In my previous roles, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment and retention process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and on-boarding new hires along with creating and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.With a positive attitude and a can-do spirit, I\'m dedicated to creating a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
