Conceptualize / Formulate project reporting strategy for assigned projects.a. Manage interfaces during the Jio Mumbai circle 4G project rollout and establish appropriate data collection strategy to prepare the project reports as per management requirement. b. Estimate scope and resource requirements. c. Monitor and formulate plans for timely resource deployment. d. Analyze the resource impact on the schedule & cost and escalate for critical issues. e. Prepare / review project standards and norms. If required, establish monitoring process for completion of project standards, procedures and norms.2) Establish overall project planning & reporting systema. Prepare & establish the review formats, structure and overall reporting deliverables for the monitoring system. b. Continuous Up-gradation of the managing systems as the project stages. Managing interfaces with other internal and external teams to improve the reporting. c. Establish managing tools & platform in coordination with IT and project management.d. Continuously establish project repository system and review/ align the same with schedule/ reports updation.3) Changes and trends monitoring a. Detailing and analyzing changes and schedule/cost impact analysis. b. Records trends register and establish monitoring system to manage changes.4) Coordination with various stakeholders, function head & Closure of the issues5) Prepare/Manage Meeting calendar and organize meetings.a. Attend Project meetings as reqd. b. Highlight variance, productivity and look ahead. c. Indicate productivity and effect on final Man-hours as appropriate.d. Identify and discuss activities needing attention
