Oversee a team of that is responsible for all aspects of the physician renewal life cycle • Aggregate data from multiple systems, contracts and amendments and approved compensation plans to develop a renewal dashboard for each physician • Work with other Business Development teams and Service Lines to refine new physician terms and ensure they align with the broader financial goals of the organization • Partner with multiple service lines, operations, legal and finance to ensure that all physicians are meeting productivity expectations and any proposed changes fall within budget • Work with legal to ensure that all approved contractual terms were memorialized into the new agreements prior to being sent to the physicians
