   Maintained TruHearing\'s call center customer service platform, known as Echo. This maintenance involved bugfixes (both front and back end), microservices, and implementing new features. This platform uses AngularJS, CoffeeScript and Gulp on the front end with Ruby on Rails with Postgresql on the back end; but, I also aided in laying the groundwork for converting the front end to React / TypeScript / Redux / Material-UI. This was a hybrid position (one day a week in office).
