Support faculty and staff on Playing for Change, a videogame-supported afterschool program aimed at preventing aggression and promoting positive development among early adolescents (ages 9–12)- Conduct fieldwork in school settings, engaging directly with youth to help implement a highly structured group intervention- Assist lead facilitator during gaming sessions by supervising youth, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing classrooms- Collaborate with team members to organize and run tournaments, interacting with students in competitive environments- Perform data entry, data coding, and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate evaluation and smooth project operations- Strengthen skills in youth engagement, teamwork, and research logistics through hands-on participation in community-based prevention efforts.
