About Sharon W Mooney
As a former Financial Consultant and Benefits Administrator, I helped mom business owners and entrepreneurs by offering a full spectrum of benefits from health insurance and life insurance, to accident and long-term and short-term disability insurance, from employee assistance programs and medical bill assistance, to cancer and long-term care policies. I worked with LegalShield as well, to offer legal service packages for employers and employees, as well as credit monitoring services. I currently work alongside a growing team of professionals within the non-profit sector, recruiting all positions to provide and advocate for the quality and choices of life in a home and community environment for adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently recruiting talented individuals who have a passion for providing as normal and non-restrictive life as possible for our clients. Having grown up within the DD community, I have a unique lens that I look through when hiring. My sister is developmentally disabled and her story and upbringing is my why. The need for quality care is immense in Billings, Montana. I am passionate about employee well-being, providing work/life balance, and being a resource for the greatest asset we have, our human capital. In order to get a return on an investment, one must make contributions. What greater contribution can we make as an organization, than into the lives of those who serve our clients at the ground level?
