My current project is a series of books about regular people who created the technology of our lives. The first book, Women in Technical Communication, released in March 2026 (https://xmlpress.net/publications/women-in-tech-comm/). The next book, Women in Engineering, is scheduled for release in Jan 2027. In the other areas of my life, the post-sales part of the customer experience is where the interesting problems are found.
