There is something about helping people to realise and release their latent potential that continues to give me a buzz in life, like no other! It is both inspiring and humbling that my clients entrust me with their truths, at such a pace, that we can quickly ‘get stuck in’ to discover and drive the ‘real’ work that needs to be done. My clients are national and international, working across a range of sectors/industries in the public, not-for-profit, and private sector. All wanting to find the right answers, now faced with the unprecedented circumstances and ever-changing pace of our post pandemic world. Whilst my years of experience bring me knowing and certainty, they have also given me a confidence to embrace the uncertainty as a place to grow. A blend of opposites that shape me, beginning with a vegetarian Hindu father and a ‘welsh rarebit’ mother. The proof that opposites can attract! My clients often call me edgy, deeply caring, and deeply challenging. My family often call me fun, inspiring and hugely embarrassing- as I never mind dancing first!
