As a UX Designer, I’m committed to building experiences that are not only functional and beautiful, but deeply aligned with user needs.At Fly91 Airlines, I was entrusted with designing the internal portal Ultima, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Through iterative prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback, I improved task flows, introduced urgency indicators for better admin response, and created interfaces that are now used daily by employees. The portal went through 20–25 design iterations and is now live, supporting multiple modules including request management and MIS reporting.My design philosophy revolves around usability, accessibility, and design thinking. Whether it’s simplifying complex systems or crafting scalable design systems, I aim to deliver user-first solutions that balance empathy with business goals.
