Lead end-to-end recruitment process for all Corporate, Sales & Technology roles. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and continuously advise them on their current and future talent needs-Utilize Lever (ATS) to post positions, manage candidates, and maintain all recruitment data, in addition, maintain Workday (HRIS) in relation to submitted requisitions and employee profiles-Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of overall sourcing and recruitment strategy-Track, analyze and report on metrics and report on hiring progress to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis-Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and use psychometric assessments to select top talent-Engage with different department leaders and stakeholders to develop hiring strategies and workforce planning-Develop ideas to improve the interview process, as it relates to the candidate experience and internal processes around recruitment and interviewing-Serve as a subject matter expert/mentor to members of the team and other colleagues when it comes to understanding the employee/employer market, trends, industries, etc-Leading a major Employee Relations project focusing on organizational redesign, job architecture, talent management & mapping.
