I own a Human Resources consulting company that has worked with over 450 client organizations all over the U.S. and Canada. I’m an Executive Coach for Momentum Leadership Organization. I am a Momentum Maven-I have over 25 years experience in Human Resources, managing 2 HR departments and owning a consulting business-My company provides both training, Coaching, and facilitation. I am skilled in Virtual facilitation-The primary areas of service involve Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Performance, Communication, Team Building, TypeCoach and Executive Coaching-My completed book: Cure Your Staff Infection: The Leaders Guide to Dealing with Bad Behavior, Workplace Drama, and Knots in the Pit of Your Stomach, is being proposed to a publisher-I am Master Trainer for Crucial Learning and am certified to present: Crucial Influence, Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue, and Crucial Conversations for Accountability. I am a Master Trainer in TypeCoach-I am volunteer training staff for Sozo Children which is involved in saving the most vulnerable children in Uganda and giving them a life full of love, faith, joy and stability-I’m a facilitator for the Civility Leadership Institute which teaches Democrats, Republicans, and Independents how to engage in conversations with one another with courage, integrity and respect-I served on the faculty for the Delta Leadership Institute which is a year long training program for up to 50 leaders selected annually from Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. I have worked with this group since 20••••18 and was the only faculty members who has the longest tenure with this group. The goal was to give skills to these leaders who are from the poorest areas of the US and who are seeking to help their communities elevate their situation.This group is making a profound difference in the lives of some of our most vulnerable citizens.Specialties: Mediation, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Personality Type training.
