Before domestic abuse, I knew recruitment and recruitment still fits like a glove, it comes naturally to me and 10+ years on I’m still as passionate about building client and candidate relationships as I was back then. Money is secondary to the feel-good feeling I get when I tell someone they’ve got a new job and see my clients find that perfect fit for their team.I’m also a domestic abuse survivor. In 2015 I almost lost my life, but I’m here today and I won’t take that for granted. I am determined to use my lived experience and current knowledge to campaign for a world that has a better understanding of domestic abuse, specifically within the employment sector.I’m a business owner; I am the Founder of Kameo Recruitment and Domestic Abuse Education, two very different businesses with one common factor: people are at the heart of both.
