Assist in managing project schedules, timelines, and milestones for franchise development through theproject management platform Monday.com• Coordinate communication among teams (real estate, construction, marketing, etc.) to ensure smoothproject flow.• Act as the central communications hub for communication delivered to the franchise partner.• Answer and respond to franchise partner requests for information or assistance. Acts as a communicator and connector of people and information for our franchise partners. Escalate issues as needed to the VP, Marketing Team, or Training and Development Team as necessary.• Support new franchise partners in procuring everything that is needed to successfully open theirfranchise location.• Liaise with external partners, licensors, or stakeholders involved in franchise development activities.• Manage and maintain our vendor partner relationships by ensuring our vendor partners are maintaining a high level of service for our franchise partners. This includes gathering feedback from our franchisees on the performance of our vendors and preferred partners and analyzing the needs of our franchisee.• Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and other administrative tasks related to franchisedevelopment.• Organize meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas to relevant stakeholders• Prepare regular progress reports on franchise development initiatives for stakeholders and management.• Support the operations team as needed to include logistics, travel, hosting of franchise training, vendoradministrative upkeep and contact management.
