I am a successful MCIPS qualified Supply Chain Manager, with in-depth experience of sourcing and delivering exceptional and effective supply options. I source supply options to enhance operations, improve cost control as well as cost reduction whilst still maintaining and/or enhancing the customer journey. I manage and coordinate tenders, ranging from non-critical to strategic supplies; which involves coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders. I am responsible for reporting and recommending on procurement choices to the business and delivering upon the key deliverables and always strive for continuous improvement.Managing Suppliers through performance and relationship management, setting performance driven KPI\'s and Service Level Agreements with the ultimate objective to build long term strategic partnering. I have strong skills in creating framework Agreements, Contract negotiation, along with contract renewals and variations.I possess excellent communications skills which are vital to my role, enabling me to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external), colleagues and suppliers to achieve and exceed challenging targets and objectives.
