Also, targeting the research and advancement of AI-enhanced leadership studies, Sharon just completed Cambridge University\'s training for IRT (item response theory) and CAT (computer adaptive testing) to use their Psychometric Center\'s Concerto tool in her dissertation research. Beginning a dissertation on a scale to measure transparent entrepreneurial leadership for more effective, efficient, and innovative multi-sector collaborations. Also exploring the use of biomimicry in leadership studies through bio-inspired algorithms, Sharon is seeking funding for research on the movement of snow geese in aerial field studies (the US and Canada) and sardines (Monterrey Aquarium) in tank studies for quantum algorithm development and computation using IBM Q. Sharon spent the Winter 2019 and all of 2020 filming snow geese in Western Washington on Fir Island, in Eastern Idaho at Sage Raceway and Idaho Falls, as well as, Freezeout Lake and Yellowstone Park, Montana. ALSO, Sharon is actively seeking employment (contract or other) in AI-driven data analytics, which would further her post-doctoral research of and practice in multi-modal, multi-sector collaborations and their leadership, particularly with the enhancements of artificial intelligence in autopoietic frameworks and designing behavioral algorithms (collaborative movements) through digital capture of swarm activity. Sharon is an emerging expert in the use of advanced technologies in leadership and business analysis with over twenty years of organizational development experiences, including executive coaching –complemented by extensive high-profile international media and event management and executive-level training in global business–seeking to utilize graduate education to facilitate the strategic training, development and leadership efforts of global organizations and their collaborative efforts.
