Rep works together with in house or retained defense counsel to amicably resolve moderate to complex injury and property damage claims to conclusion involving auto accidents by fairly evaluating liability as well as the related injury in order to negotiate a fair & equitable settlement. As a litigation adjuster my cases may involve multiple plaintiffs and their attorneys, excess carriers, personal umbrella policies, commercial auto & umbrella policies, arbitrators, mediators, minor & global settlements, trial prep and coordination, private investigators, medical experts, bio mechanical experts, accident recon experts, forensic accountant for loss of income and future earning capacity, medical billing experts, life care planners, subrogation, etc. I am a consistent high performer with 41% suit settlements contributing to our region\'s lowest suit pendings in 20 years even with FL Tort Reform in 2023.
