ABOUT SHARON PRENDEVILLE
I lead the Client Service Group in HRM, a talented team advising and supporting OECD on resource planning and people management, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning and development, and employee relations. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to contribute in decision making roles that called for innovative solutions, fostering collaboration, diplomatic communication, inclusive management, and a strong dedication to achieving success. In late 2008 I moved to France with my family and invested in French language and culture classes before reintegrating into the labour market. This enriching experience helped further develop my skills to communicate strategically with a wide range of stakeholders and to successfully foster collaboration in a bilingual environment. My experience spans across strategic planning and leadership, high level stakeholder engagement and communication, human resource management, change management, system configuration implementation and accompaniment, audit and verification, accounting and compliance, financial and project management, and budget planning and implementation. I have been fortunate to have accompanied many teams through restructuring and reforms.
