Developed, implemented, and analyzed an always-on digital marketing strategy for NA from scratch, including email and social marketing (organic and paid). Responsible for a marketing budget for both digital and sales support. Supported the sales team with marketing for trade shows and customer events, including digital content, booth messaging, video, and print marketing advertising. Wrote blog articles, success stories, sales pitches, customer newsletter articles, and PR announcements for both NA and worldwide (including 7 other languages). Worked with international colleagues in marketing and communications regularly. Produced videos for international campaigns, including concept development, scriptwriting, and budgeting- Trained sales team extensively on LinkedIn, to encourage an increase in engagement, visitors, and impressions which resulted in an increase of followers by 23%- Part of the international team for the new website and new customer portal. Participated in workshops, conducted customer research, trained NA sales/customer service teams, and implemented digital campaigns- Conducted and led brainstorms and customer research surveys to develop 3 customer personas to create the NA strategy since there had not been a regional strategy in place.
