   Co-founder of a private activist investment fund determined to prove that female CEOs deliver outsized financial returns. Collaborate with a group of senior executive women, many CEOs, with both a passion and a vested interest in proving the value of female leadership. The Norma Fund has gained 169% since inception, posting annual weighted returns of 10.27%. We have also bested our own equally weighted index, as well as most of the industry benchmarks over these 10 years.
