About Sharon Bort
An enthusiastic and people-centric global sustainability and social impact leader with a decade of work experience at the intersection of people, planet, and profit. My career has included sustainability and community programming at MIT Solve, human resources in last-mile transportation, and sustainable behavior change and engagement in higher-education. I took a travel sabbatical before returning to MA where I was consulting for nonprofits and startups around events, operations, strategic planning, and program development. Currently, the Program Manager for Climate and Energy leading the MA Climatetech Studio in partnership with MassCEC and the Four Corners EnergyTech Cluster in partnership with the US Small Business Administration. Passionate about relationship building, managing and developing people, startup support, entrepreneurship, generating excitement around meaningful volunteering, and co-creating engaging and creative programming and events.
