With over 30 years of global experience across technology, operating, and venture ecosystems, I bring a strategic lens to identifying and supporting high-growth companies. My work today includes early-stage investing, founder advisory, and ecosystem engagement, with a focus on long-term value creation, scalability, and disciplined execution. I began my career at Accenture in Hong Kong, where I led systems implementation initiatives for financial markets infrastructure, including early-stage electronic trading platforms. I later served as Asia Pacific Marketing Director at Thomson Reuters, contributing to regional growth and digital transformation across global markets. More recently, as COO of GenoBank.io, I led strategic initiatives that secured over $1M in funding and established partnerships across healthcare and data infrastructure ecosystems. As a 2x founder, I have built and scaled ventures internationally, giving me a deep understanding of founder challenges across capital formation, go-to-market strategy, and operational growth. This experience informs how I evaluate early-stage opportunities and support founders. I operate globally, with experience across the U.S, Europe, and Asia, and bring a cross-cultural approach to building strategic relationships and navigating complex markets. I am fluent in Danish and conversational in Spanish. I am actively engaged in the venture ecosystem through my work with All Raise and as a former Venture Resident at Swizzle Ventures, a fund focused on advancing women’s health, wellness, and wealth. I engage selectively with founders, investors, and institutions on early-stage opportunities, strategic growth, and governance.
