Transformation is only as good as its delivery.I work with PE-backed businesses and ambitious organisations that need change executed smoothly, not just announced.As an independent PMO Lead, I bring structure, pace and control to complex portfolios. That may mean standing up a PMO from scratch, stabilising a drifting programme, or bringing clarity to a portfolio that has outgrown its governance.In M&A, carve-out, integration or exit preparation, delivery discipline becomes commercial. Audit readiness, cost control, value tracking and clear board reporting are not “nice to haves” they protect the deal thesis. That is where I add weight.I am hands-on when required, strategic when needed, and comfortable operating alongside C-Suite, and Programme Directors. My focus is simple: create the right foundations so change lands safely, visibly and with measurable impact.Beyond delivery, I Co-host The Delivery Space podcast, where I’ve had 100+ conversations with senior leaders, board members and industry voices on leadership, AI, culture and execution.
