In the fast-paced corporate world, organisational change is a given, and I can help steer organisations and their workforce through change to successful outcomes. My personal drivers are to work with organisations who want to create innovative and dynamic environments where the individuals and teams within that organisation have the scope to excel in their contributions. Making a difference and adding value is at the core of my strong motivation. In 2016, I was honoured to deliver a TEDx talk on Developing the Conversation about Women in Leadership, I want to continue creating and delivering development opportunities across a diverse and talented population.
