About Sharon Thielen
With a competitive spirt and joy in serving others, my passion is working with teams who like \"thinking outside of the box,\" specifically finding ways to help educators teach about agriculture. With the constant change that is evolving in all industries, I strategize how to combat challenges happening in world of education that limits educators from being able to teach about agriculture in the classroom. What can we provide that will help both educators and the agriculture industry? I strive to implement projects and ideas that may seem unachievable. Working with a team of talented teachers we write and design PreK- 12th grade lessons, activities and conduct professional development training opportunities. Everything we provide is classroom ready designed to be easy for teachers to implement. Supporting over educators in Kansas this past year the word is out, and my team is expanding our efforts beyond Kansas. With the newly developed National Corn STEM program and a growing number of partnerships we are ready to take on new challenges in order to help teachers nationwide.
