I joined joined Focus as a consultant and it was so refreshing to work with such an experienced team with the same professional approach to recruitment. I have been able to meet a diverse range of recruitment requirements, including FD/FC roles, other director positions, admin/PA, legal roles, business development and other generalist positions in the local area and across the UK.In my role as Branch Manager I manage my own clients as well as the excellent team of consultants and resourcers we have here at the Reading office.
