Me in a nutshell - I genuinely care about people, how they think and how they feel. At work, i care about people\'s experience, considering we spend majority of our week working.I have 7+ years’ experience’ in recruitment, specialising across tech, digital and specifically design. My background in UX Design recruitment and studies in Psychology has given me the ability to take a real Human-Centred approach to hire and create better employee experiences. Currently, my passion is to work with start-ups, helping them scale from small to medium-sized business and working on people proposition which includes people strategy, employee experience, culture, on-boarding and people performance framework as well as HR related tasks.
