My role as Vice President of IT Applications involves leading a global team to deliver robust software solutions across various corporate functions. We\'re committed to aligning our technology initiatives with First American\'s mission, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance our collective capabilities.In my tenure, I\'ve directed the Enterprise Software Solutions department, overseeing a portfolio of 50+ applications crucial for business intelligence, automation, customer relationship management, IT service management, claims management, and finance, accounting, and legal operations. My expertise in organizational planning and implementing commercial off-the-shelf products has been instrumental in elevating our technology investments. Leads a global team of technology professionals that provide functional analysis, quality assurance and performance testing, application development, and database administration services. Product portfolio includes more than 50 applications that span the areas of enterprise business intelligence and data delivery, corporate accounting, finance, procurement, legal, and real estate, digital workflow automation, robotic process automation, and IT service management.
