I am the manager of an exceptional Presales Solution Architect Team in EMEA & India. I have 25yrs experience in the SaaS, digital learning and talent management industry. I have a proven track record in Customer Success Management & SA Management both directly and managing highly successful teams. I am a self-motivated individual who works effectively as an individual and as part of a multi-functional team. I confidently organise and prioritise to manage the busy workload of our fast paced, ever evolving digital learning eco systems to best support our growing sales organisation. I pride myself on my relationships skills to build effective and collaborative relationships, that allow our team to succeed. My experience spans across a wide base of industry sectors and at all business levels including “C” level, IT, HR and business stakeholder, adjusting my message in line with the audience. I have extensive experience of presenting to large, audiences, Senior Executives and small groups.Throughout my career I have been recognised as an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who can take on a challenge and succeed, whether that is the deployment of a new solution, problem solving within a client base or project scoping to meet client deadlines and expectations. I have strong problem solving skills as recognised by both those people who I have worked for and with.
