The first of its kind role, I lead UX accessibility and inclusive design strategy for employee facing tools, applications and platforms, shaping how we support frontline staff across banking centres, retail spaces etc- Establishing an accessibility research practice from the ground up- Embedding inclusive design into employee workflows, systems, and services- Collaborating with design, product, and compliance teams to advocate for usability and accessibility as core design values- Bringing lived experience and frontline context into how we design and build- Championing accessibility as both a practice and a principle.
