Hi thereI\'m a PMO Consultant with 30 years experience of PMO leadership, programme, project and change management. I have huge experience of delivering projects e2e including from the point of scoping projects to transfer to business as usual. I\'m a flexible, committed and enthusiastic person. I\'m happy working on my own initiative and enjoy working as part of a team and very able to lead projects and project teams. I\'m very adept at working with virtual teams and love working with people from different areas of a business. I\'m a skilled communicator, comfortable with communicating with different audiences both written and face to face. I have quite a bit of testing experience, one of my roles was as a Testing manager for a large SAP implementation Programme, but I also enjoy stakeholder engagement. I have a flexible and varied skill set and am always excited by new challenges.
