Completing Salesforce enquiries, answering calls from Customer Care, Customers and van drivers, monitoring and chasing up timed deliveries, check of addresses, No contact and Refused deliveries and providing maps and information to assist the drivers to be able to complete the deliveries, debriefing van drivers at the end of their shift by making sure that all of the frieght they bring back is accounted for in the depot for before they can go home, making sure rescheduled delivery labels are put on parcels and answering the door to customers who come to the depot to collect their parcels.
