PIC\'s 23-member staff works with hundreds of families and individuals to help them become economically self-sufficient.They do this through job training, coordination of support services and job placement. PIC clients are primarily referred by local agencies providing public assistance to people in need.PIC works with youth, families with children, refugees, veterans, low-income seniors and adults facing multiple challenges to employment such as homelessness, debt, addiction and mental illness.PIC is a 501 (C)(3) organization, a non-profit that is funded primarily by local, state and federal government whose annual budget is $2.3 million.
