The Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research (CROR) at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab dedicated to conducting rigorous outcomes research in medical rehabilitation, emphasizing cost‑effective, patient‑centered care. In my role, I lead communications and knowledge translation for CROR across multiple federally funded research projects. Responsibilities include- Managing and scheduling ADA compliant content across multiple social media platforms to drive engagement and support outreach goals - Designing infographics that translate complex rehabilitation measures into clear, visually engaging content- Writing, designing, and producing two quarterly newsletters and one biannual newsletter featuring organizational updates, research highlights, and human-interest stories- Interviewing subject matter experts and writing plain-language articles that communicate technical and scientific information in an accessible, engaging format- Producing and hosting Inside the Outcomes, a monthly podcast featuring interviews with researchers working to improve outcomes for people with disabilities and with people sharing their stories of living with a disability. Topics have included employment and disability, mental health needs of people with spinal cord injury, inclusive disaster planning, Medicaid-funded home and community-based services, and data science- Working with a freelance writer to produce content- Ensure all content is accessible per ADA guidelines
