In my current role, I am mainly responsible for governance and operational oversight of multiple Managed Access Programs. Responsibilities include monitoring of KPIs, chairing business review meetings with clients and continuous improvement activities. I also directly manage a number of Managed Access Programs on behalf of our pharmaceutical clients. Additionally, I line manage a team of Senior Program Managers, Program Managers and Associates and oversee delivery of their projects. I also regularly participate in client audits and support with new business activities.I am actively involved in decision-making for the Managed Access division at Clinigen, shaping ways of working and driving recruitment activities. I am also involved in a range of other side projects and process improvement initiatives.
