18-Year Winner of Seattle Magazine\'s Five Star Agent Award2023 Realtor of the Year - Seattle King County RealtorsThis year marks my 20th year selling real estate in Seattle! I feel lucky to enjoy my work as much as I do and have been surrounded by supportive and loyal clients that refer me to their family and friends. My business is almost exclusively by referral. This past year I was honored to serve as the President of the Seattle King County Association of Realtors. This year, I have a board position as Immediate Past-President and I also sit on the Board of Directors for Washington Realtors. I am actively engaged in trying to make our community more inclusive and welcoming with a focus on education. I make a contribution to support organizations such as Mary\'s Place, Tree House and Humble Design with each transaction I close.I moved to Seattle in 1996 from Los Angeles. Before I got into real estate I worked in film and television production as a set dresser. I see my real estate transactions as mini-productions and enjoy prepping listings for the market. My background in writing, design, photography and working with the public make real estate a natural fit for me.I live near Magnuson Park with my family and can be found swimming in Lake Washington in the summer or crabbing near La Conner. I am a big supporter of local theater and arts and enjoy delighting in the many culinary treats our city has to offer. I have two grown children and am thrilled to have my daughter, Bridget London, on my team. She and I both share a love of horses and Bridget has had the privilege of being a groom for Team USA at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. I have an incredibly handsome horse named Beau who also serves as my therapist. He keeps me calm and supplies a lot of slobbery kisses. I also have two sweet, older pups and a barn cat who thinks she is a dog. It is a bit of a zoo over here!I am always happy to chat about the market and to help you fulfill your real estate goals.
