Currently serving as Chief of Operations and Chief of Staff for the McCourt School of Public Policy, I act as the principal aide and proxy for the Dean, managing institutional priorities with faculty, staff, university officials, and external stakeholders.I specialize in resolving \"operational friction\" through systemic, permanent resolutions. Most recently, I directed the $180M design, construction, and move-in for the McCourt School’s SF Capitol Campus building.
