Responsible for providing risk and quality assurance to the HR Senior Management Team that HR is compliant with company operating procedures, management standards and is legally compliant. My role also provides assurance to Executive Teams that corporate governance responsibilities have been met as well as regulatory requirements.I also deal with Supplier relationship governance across core HR functions utilising my stakeholder management skills and adherence with the Procurement & Supplier Management policy & procedures.
