I’m a Chief Data & Analytics Officer with over 15 years of experience helping organizations apply AI, analytics, and data governance to solve complex problems and lead responsible innovation. My career spans private-sector leadership and now federal service, where I guide enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation.I’m currently completing a doctorate in engineering with a focus on cybersecurity analytics. My research explores how AI can improve phishing detection in intrusion detection systems (IDS), addressing risks tied to data imbalance, model reliability, and threat classification. This work expands my long-standing focus on building scalable, explainable, and trustworthy analytics systems.I also teach graduate level courses in data science and applied analytics, bridging academic research with practical insight for the next generation of leaders.I’m especially interested in contributing to advisory boards, speaking engagements, and strategic forums that focus on the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and public impact.
