I grew up in Montreal (je suis bilingue!) and have been living in the Ottawa area for the past 15 years. I have a long history in customer service and truly believe in creating “Raving Fans” out of everyone I deal with. I love meeting new people and building relationships. As Human Resources Business Partner, I get to build relationships with employees and managers across the organization and support them in all matters related to Talent Management - recruitment, interpretation of policy, leave management, employee relations and engagement. When I’m not at work, my husband and two children keep me busy. We love to travel and are not afraid to admit we’re Disney-addicts! I have served on the Board of Directors at the Caring & Sharing Exchange and Youville Centre as well as several Governing Boards within the Western Quebec School Board.
