KennedyThroughout my many accounting / finance roles in various industries, I have been fortunate to have strong leaders and role models to help me grow and develop into the strong leader that I am today. I believe a good leader recognizes that there is always a need for growth, professionally and personally, and I am always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge base as well as my comfort zone.I have a strong accounting background stemming from my roles as Plant Accountant, Legal Entity Controller, Sr Treasury Analyst, and Accounts Payable Manager. My experience includes Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Fixed Asset Management, and so much more. In addition, I have experience with systems implementations including SAP and IT2.My goal is to continue to pursue my passion of accounting; learn all that I can from each role, using that knowledge to grow; and strive to be a strong, motivating, and inspirational leader. Honesty, trust, respect, communication, and confidence are just a few of the qualities that I believe are important for a leader to possess.In my free time, I enjoy playing piano, hiking, and enjoying family time.
