Supporting the QHSE lead in the delivery of Contractual QHSE related KPIs. Manage site induction process for both CBRE employees, contractors & leavers. Manage audit and building inspection schedule report. Coordinate client DSE assessors and workstation assessments using the client’s health and safety training platform. Manage client’s online health and safety training platforms for inductions, fire warden training and first aid course arrangements. Ensure all account staff comply with HSE training, ensuring the database is maintained. Prepare applicable health and safety performance reports as necessary Manage the HSE inbox to ensure there is appropriate day-to-day support to the team, supply partners and the client on the provision of guidance and practical expertise on QHSE. Handling the Demobilisation of 3 buildings to a one building. Maintain first aider and fire warden database. I am at rained Fire Marshal.
