About Sharon Elbaum Grant
Being a published author of a trilogy of books, I have acquired valuable experience independently launching, marketing and promoting my three books at various book events and speaking engagements. My writing has also been featured in various articles, newspapers, magazines and blogs. As a Citigold and Citi Private Bank client advocate on the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Team, I provide premiere retail banking servicing by conducting investigations, researching and resolving escalated cases and dispute resolution. Most recently I achieved the Citi Bronze Award as Teamwork Champion for increasing Client Experience. “Sharon Riche has exemplified Citibank\'s values of Succeeding Together and Creating Excellence for our clients via her efforts in exceeding expectations in our Client Experience Sentiment results. Furthermore I am a member of Shoah Legacy Writers, an organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the stories of Holocaust survivors through their children\'s voices. I serve on the board of Hadassah and am a member of the Hadassah Writers Circle. Most recently I am the recipient of the 2023 President\'s Gold Volunteer Service Award which is issued by President\'s Council on Service and Civic Participation to recognize outstanding volunteer champions who have contributed 500 or more volunteer hours in a calendar year. I also incorporate my passion for helping others working as a distributor for Nu Skin Enterprises.
