Senior HR Business Partner to the Global functions ( Finance, Legal, Content & Analytic\'s, the World Wide Network, Strategic Alliances and Technology) within Dun & Bradstreet. Partner with functional leaders on business issues and organisational change, leading the planning and execution of talent strategies in order to meet business goals and priorities.Responsible for functional organisation design working closely with the leaders and leadership teams translating business strategy into effective people plans and facilitating the structures required to achieve business objectives.Lead the process of talent development and succession planning within each function to ensure that each function has a clear talent strategy.Coach, support, enable and advise leaders on the full range of employee relations policies and practices to ensure that leaders are confident and competent in leading successful teams.Lead and source new talent. Own the review and implementation of specific HR processes and/or policies to ensure they are based on both internal and external best practices and communicate to the business as appropriate (eg induction, changes to discrimination law) Role model all engagement behaviours/activities in order to drive their support and application across the business.Provide the interface to the relevant markets for compensation and benefits matters liaising closely with the compensation and benefits specialist.Lead specific talent development activities globally, liaising with external vendors as required in order to ensure consistency and a high quality of delivery across the market.Lead the creation and implementation of key HR and general processes across the relevant markets in order to deliver consistency and efficient methods of working both within HR and across the business.Act as the main HR contact for the D&B Corporation ensuring a customer focused service for colleagues across the globe.
